The Complaint from Fathers and Families, Inc., seen below, requests Declaratory Temporary Injunctive Relief (Memorandum on Temporary Relief) and Permanent Injunctive Relief against the judges in the State of Massachusetts.

Attorney Gregory Hession, attorney for Plaintiffs provided a Spotlight Report on March 16, 2009 to open the discussion on the critical issues. The Complaint alleges violation of Equal Protection, Violation of Due Process, Violation of Massachusetts Declaration of Rights Article XXX, and provides a long introduction on where he believes the Chief Justice went wrong in “unilaterally implementing the new child support guidelines.” Among other points, the “secretly” discussed guidelines, as stated by Hession, subject some of the Plaintiffs to a double and triple increase in child support without any finding of a change in circumstances.

Fathers and Families, Inc. represents over 4000 members and is the largest shared parenting organization in the State of Massachusetts.
